E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Specialist
About the Role
We're hiring multiple E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Specialists to join our growing team. This role is essential to our U.S. market success, supporting product management, customer service excellence, order fulfillment coordination, and continuous store optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing
- Support customers via email, chat, and digital channels with professionalism
- Process and track orders ensuring accurate U.S. fulfillment coordination
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and issue resolution efficiently
- Coordinate workflows between inventory, shipping, and operations teams
- Contribute to store performance and conversion rate optimization
