Shipping Coverage

Zonix Tools currently ships to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We are committed to delivering high-quality products directly to your door with reliable and efficient shipping services.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States. We are continuously working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve customers worldwide in the future.


Processing Times

All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, and another notification with tracking information once your order ships.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Zonix Tools is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and the weight and dimensions of your order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Promotional terms and minimum order requirements will be clearly stated on our website and at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can monitor the status of your shipment in real time through the carrier's tracking portal.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, or if you experience any issues tracking your shipment, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


Potential Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays, including:

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters affecting carrier operations
  • Carrier-related issues such as sorting delays, missed scans, or route changes

Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address, including apartment or suite numbers, before completing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment, and the customer will be responsible for these costs.

Zonix Tools is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier and file a claim. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery for high-value orders.


Reshipment Procedures

If your order is lost in transit or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.

For packages returned due to customer error (incorrect address, refusal, etc.), reshipment fees will apply. We will provide a quote for reshipment costs before processing the new shipment.


Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the shipment. In such cases, you may need to follow our return policy once the package is delivered.
