Secure payments powered by PayPal
Zonix Tools securely accepts payments via PayPal only. We support PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, and all major credit or debit cards processed through PayPal's secure platform.
All transactions are encrypted and handled directly by PayPal to ensure your data protection and fraud prevention. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through PayPal:

You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. PayPal allows guest checkout with credit or debit cards.

Payment Authorization

What happens during authorization:
- Your payment method is verified and funds are held
- You receive an order confirmation email
- Your order enters our fulfillment process
- The actual charge is processed when your order ships
If your payment cannot be authorized, your order will not be processed, and you will be notified immediately.
Order Confirmation
After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:
- Order number and date
- Itemized list of products purchased
- Total amount charged (including taxes and shipping)
- Shipping address and estimated delivery date
- Payment method used
Please review your order confirmation carefully. If you notice any errors, contact our customer support team immediately.
Pricing and Currency
All prices on the Zonix Tools website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
Prices include:
- Product cost
- Applicable sales taxes (calculated at checkout based on your shipping address)
- Shipping fees (displayed before payment)
Important for U.S. Customers: Due to recent changes in import regulations, all shipments to the United States may be subject to duties and import taxes. These charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
The final amount charged to your payment method will match the total shown on the checkout page, including all taxes and fees.
Payment Declined or Failed
If your payment is declined or fails to process, your order will not be completed. Common reasons for payment failure include:
- Insufficient funds in your account or PayPal balance
- Incorrect payment information entered
- Card expired or blocked by your bank
- Security restrictions triggered by PayPal or your card issuer
- Billing address mismatch
What to do if your payment fails:
- Verify your payment information is correct
- Contact your bank or card issuer to ensure the transaction is not blocked
- Try a different payment method
- Contact PayPal customer support if the issue persists
- Reach out to Zonix Tools support for assistance
You will not be charged if your payment is declined. You may attempt to place your order again once the issue is resolved.
Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account after approval.
If you paid via PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. If you paid with a credit or debit card through PayPal, the refund will be credited to that card.
