How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  3. Claim Review & Assessment
    Our warranty team will review your claim within 2-3 business days. We may request additional information or photos to better assess the issue and determine the best resolution.
  4. Resolution & Next Steps
    Once approved, we'll arrange for repair, replacement, or refund based on product availability and the nature of the defect. You'll receive tracking information for any replacement shipments.

Expected Timeline: Most warranty claims are processed within 5-7 business days from initial contact. Replacement shipments typically arrive within 7-14 business days depending on your location.

Warranty Remedies

Depending on the nature of the defect and product availability, we offer the following warranty remedies:

Repair: For minor defects or issues that can be resolved through repair, we may provide repair instructions, replacement parts, or arrange for professional repair service at no cost to you.

Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired or the defect is significant, we will replace it with an identical or comparable product of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
