Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to initiate a return
Follow these simple steps to return your product:
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp before sending any item back
- Step 2: Receive return authorization and shipping instructions from our team
- Step 3: Ship the product back using the provided instructions
- Step 4: Once received, our team will inspect the product within 3 business days
- Step 5: Upon approval, refund will be issued to your original PayPal payment method within 7 business days
Important: Do not send any product back without contacting our support team first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as non-returnable at purchase)
Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will make it right:
- Contact us immediately upon delivery with photos of the damaged or defective product
- Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
- Return shipping for damaged or defective items is covered by Zonix Tools
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- Customer-initiated returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Damaged or defective products: Zonix Tools covers all return shipping costs
- Incorrect or missing items: Zonix Tools covers all return and replacement shipping costs
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Order cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting our support team immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it following our standard return process.
